I'd like new Forum Messages (including Replies) to be automatically sent via email to all the Users, like it does with the competing BaseCamp product.

In BaseCamp's system, the emails arrive with a prepended line saying something to the effect of "Do Not Reply To This Email; Log In to (the ZoHo) to post a reply to this message in the forum".

For each Forum Message that will be automatically emailed, you select whether every User in the Project gets the email, or just a few select Users who you know need to see the Message (there's a checkbox list of the Project's Users at the end of each message entry, so you just check the ones you want the Forum Message to be emailed to).

Without new Forum Messages being automatically emailed to the users, I don't see how the Users would ever be aware there are new messages -- beyond the hope that they will sign in to the ZoHo and check on their own, sometime, someday.
