Automation Issue with Email Templates in Workflow
Hello Zoho Support Team,
I’m currently facing an issue with the automation setup in my workflow for following up with applicants. I have configured the workflow to send out emails with different templates, which work perfectly when sent manually. However, I've noticed that when the scheduled automation sends the email, it fails to include the assessment link, resulting in applicants not receiving the necessary materials.
Here are the details of the issue:
- The automation triggers correctly for the first email, but subsequent emails lack the assessment link.
- I’ve edited the email templates multiple times before updating the workflow, but the issue persists.
Could you please assist me with the following?
- Are there specific settings I should check to ensure the assessment link is included in automated emails?
- Is there a limit to how many times a workflow can trigger before it encounters issues like this?
- Any recommendations for troubleshooting this problem further would be greatly appreciated.
