Autoreply to visitor when noone picks up the chat
Hi all,
i have a simple question that I can't resolve myself:
We're using a couple of triggered chat messages on our website to address visitors. Our sales reps are quite busy and miss out on many visitors' answers or answer too late. So the visitors are gone forever.
So what we need is: If nobody picks up the chat, then after 60 seconds (?) a message is triggered "sorry, we are quite busy, pls leave your contact data".
(It would be ok too if the message just came without delay "We'll be with you asap. If you don't hear from us in time please leave your contact data")
I can't make it work even though I have filled out all the fields in the chat window configuration. It seems these don't work for the triggered chats. Also we need a solution that is simple, so not based on whether our operators are busy or offline or whatever...
... just an automated answer!
