BCC an Email to a Deal?

Is there a unique email address for Deals that I can BCC emails to?

2 Examples:
1 - I want to reach out to an organization but I only have their generic info@ email address. Any emails sent to that email do not show up in Deals, even if that email address is attached to the Company connected with that Deal (frustrating that a Contact has to be associated). If there is a BCC email address for the Deal, I could include that in my outgoing email and that email would then show up as Sent within the Deal itself.

2 - I ship packages to my Deals via UPS. UPS will send automated status updates to an email address that you specific. I would like to specify the email address of individual Deal so that when UPS sends the updates, those received emails are listed under Emails.
