Best way to create/modify our own Invoices/PO/Packing Slips?

We are at the point in our testing where we need do figure out how to make minor modifications to the Zoho templates that so that certain custom address fields and such show up appropriately.

What is the best way for us to go about getting these customizations done? Do we mock it up in photoshop and send to you with markups of what fields we need where?

We are attempting to move away from Microsoft Solomon after 12 years of using a highly customized version of it. So far we've been impressed with Zoho Inventory (though we reallllly wish a few things about Composite Kits were better such as kits within kits)
