Best way to Sell a House Online with ZohoCRM as Back-end?

I want to sell some houses For Sale By Owner on our Wordpress Website and want to use the data in the "Accounts" Module within ZohoCRM to populate the details of the homes shown.

Does an elegant way to do this already exist? If so, what solution do you recommend?

Is "Real Estate Management" from Zoho Creator the best option? That's the closest thing I've found so far. I have Zoho One so any of those apps would be OK.
