Better email thread handling

Currently in Bigin, each email sent to or from a contact is listed separately, instead of being grouped in a thread. Email clients like gmail etc display emails in a thread as a full conversation for ease of reading. BigIn should show emails in the Email tab for a contact by conversation, not each as separate items. This would make it easier to see the full conversation at once, and also easier to link it to an appropriate pipeline entry instead of having to manually link each email w/ the same subject separately one by one.
