We are currently moving from another CRM to Bigin and to be honest, the role configuration is becoming a bit of a headache for us. There are simply not enough options to configure the roles as needed.

Users that are in different roles but on the same hierarchy level should be able to see each other’s records if needed. There should be an option for that.
We have users that should have different roles but we had to assign the same role to them because otherwise they would not be able to see each other’s records.

Furthermore, there should be an option for users to allow users in roles below to see their records as well.
Use case example: the sales manager is one level above the sales team but wants the sales team to see the sales manager’s records as well.
We can’t move the sales manager down to the same level as the sales team because the sales manager needs to see records from other department managers that the sales team is not supposed to see.

Are there any plans in the near future to add more options to the roles that would allow for a bit more flexibility?
