Blackberry - from beta to legal - previous accounts not available
Hi,
recently I changed from the beta version (Blackberry Mobile CRM) to legal (paid) use.
Accounts and contacts that have been accessible before easily in beta version, are not available on my mobile account anymore. They are on the CRM database, but not available through mobile CRM. Only the accounts that have been created since I switched to paid version are available.
To have the previous created accounts available on my BB, I have to enter Zoho CRM using my PC/laptop, edit and save the requested account.
After this procedure the account will be available on the BB mobile CRM, too.
What is the right procedure to have all of my accounts available without this workaround ?
