BUG - Labels Not getting applied - Rule

BUG - Labels Not getting applied - Rule

Hello, I have a rule where if sent an email to a domain @domain.com or receive an email to that domain it auto puts a label to it. 

It is not working unfortunately since several days/weeks ago. I would be very grateful if you could check it.



It used to work perfectly.
