Bug when checking Writer RemoteDocStatus

Whenever I make a request to https://writer.zoho.com/remotedocStatus.sas?doc=<docId> to see if a document is already on the server, it fails with the following error message:

Error occurred while processing your request. Please write to us at support@zohowriter.com

The exact same request to sheet and show works fine.
