I have a financial planning firm that works BOTH business-to-business and business-to-consumer. For instance, we help businesses establish pension plans, key person insurance arrangements and the like. We also work with individuals with their retirement plans, investments, etc.
Within Zoho, I am under the impression that the system can be structured as Either BTB or BTC. What I want to know is (1) can it do both?, and if so (2) how?
