Campaigns (Backstage) Contact Data
Hi,
I am trying to capture the field (Service Status) within the related contacts module within the Campaigns module - which is setup within the CRM, in particular the template for Zoho Backstage - whereby when a ticket is purchased, or a customer checks in, I want to be able to trigger workflows based off this - has anyone come across how to do this as of yet, I can see you can filter it out within the contacts module but thats all, nothing on the API docs either?
