We are a digital agency, and usually have to get client passwords for various website integrations. 

I don't see this function anywhere, but I might just be missing it. Is there a way that a client can create a secret and share with their project manager at our agency? 

As opposed to the client sending those credentials, and then a team member creates them on Vault.
