Can a single page be up-linked to multiple "parent" pages ?

Can a single page be up-linked to multiple "parent" pages ?

Can I have 2 navigation menu options that both point to the SAME sub-page ? 

Consider I have two pages that show up in the Navigation Menu of Web pages in my site - School Friends & Work Friends.

    School Friends
       |         +---------   Mark
       |         +---------  David
       |
    Work Friends
                 +---------  Ron
                 +---------- Mark
 

 I want to create a page for Mark and have it listed under both School & Work friends in the Navigation Menu, How can one do this WITHOUT duplicating the page for Mark (which I presume would make edits harder).
