Can Answer Bot read private articles if I have ChatGPT activated?

Can Answer Bot read private articles if I have ChatGPT activated?

I've uploaded an article that is basically a data dump of our website.  I want Answer Bot to be able to look through that article and find answers via OpenAI.

I've connected with OpenAI API and all seems well, however it doesn't seem to find anything.

The article is marked Private.
