I have been trying to find the answer to this but nothing seems to be written down about it in a step by step instuction.We have a web based directory and charge an annual fee to customers of £195 plus VAT.

I need to know if Zoho invoice can do the following:

1. We'd like to set up an invoice using PayPal as the payment merchant and automatically have this as a recurring annual subscription amount that is collected form the client automatically each year.

2. We would also like to issue invoices for recurring invoices for monthly banners and features on the website.

In both cases, once the invoice has been sent and paid we would just like a statement sent to the customer to say that they have renewed the subscription for another period.

Is this possible at all or shall I just use paypal Subscriptions and Recurring Payments links? And what is the benifit of using Zoho invoice over just using paypal Subscriptions and Recurring Payments link?

If anyone can answer this I'd really appreciate it. The documentation on the recurring stuff seems non existant. Many thanks for your time.
