Can't download attachments

Can't download attachments

I can download email attachments in zoho crm app in the messages area. I get unsupported file type error, however if I use my email client I can open the attachments. I'm trying to open pdf, jpeg, word, etc and cant. I thought the point of a crm is to have everything at your fingertips and to speed things up. I is sad that I have to keep jumping between different apps and taking longer to do a simple task. Any help would be great.
