Can we use Zoho Marketing Hub for a SaaS app? 

I tried adding some events from logged in users as actions inside Zoho MH, and I have been waiting for more than an hour and I don't see them inside the MH dashboard. 

Should the app page be publicly accessible for the action to work?

Also, suppose I only add the action to a publicly accessible page, should I expect to see a lag between when the action was performed and when the action shows up on the dashboard?
