Can we use Zoho CRM for both B2C & B2B at the same time for huge number of Contacts?
Hi,
I know Zoho CRM can be used for both B2C & B2B.
We have huge number of records for both B2C & B2B leads, contacts, tasks and potentials.
Which is the best strategy to implement both B2C & B2B through Zoho CRM?
- Use both B2C & B2B in the same CRM account
- Use different CRM account (One for B2C & another for B2B)
What is your suggestion on this?
What are the Pros & Cons of each strategy?
