Can webinars affect a lead score in MH?

When somebody registers for or attends a webinar, I would like to increase their lead score in MH.

I can see that Meetings is integrated with MH in the sense that I can see webinars from Meetings in MH, but is that the extent of the integration? I can't find any way for an automation to respond to webinar activities:

There isn't a Journey trigger for webinar registrations or attendance.
Workflows only trigger on action in a mailing list and registering for a webinar doesn't add a contact to a mailing list.
Events only trigger on my own website so the registration button can't be an event because it's on Zoho's site.

Has anyone found a work-around so webinar activity can be processed in MH?

I'd be happy to record the changes in CRM, by the way, but this integration also seems to be very limited. I can invite people to a webinar from CRM, but there's no feedback from Meetings to CRM as fra as I can tell.

Am I missing something?
