Can you create a Skill that offers multiple answers without using Deluge?
Hi
I would like to create a Zobot that asks things like "What sort of product are you asking about?" to which the possible answers would be "A", "B" or "C".
I want to do this without using a Zoho system that does not use a coding/scripting language. That seems to rule out SalesIQ scripts, DialogFlow, Webhooks and Watson Assistant. It also rules out Zia Skills that rely on Deluge.
When I try to create a Zia Skill without Deluge, it seems the only type of skill I can create lets me create one or more questions with only one answer. That is the opposite of what I am trying to do.
Is there any way to create the type of question and answer structure I want?
