Cancelation of Subscription not getting any respond, anyone getting same experience?
Dear team from zoho,
Since my subscription has no longer serve purpose because of the company has been shutdown, i want my mail plan cancelled. I know i can do that easily from the administrator page, but problem is the auto renewal is on, and is charging new fee until 2023 which i don't plan to use anymore.
Because of this i would like to inform and have the fund back to my credit card.
