Cannot add user on Creator

Cannot add user on Creator

Hello,

After a long time of trying we still don't succeed to add a new member to the CREATOR. How is that possible if we didn't reach our limit of paid accounts per month ????

See attachment. There is always an error when "enabling". 
But also an error after clicking the invitation on the new users e-mail.
