Hello,

with the Export function I can only export the conversations and manuals but I cannot export the file section (all the documents). Is there any possibility to do so? 

I am asking because I got the information that Zoho does not provide any restoration support in case something goes wrong and therefore I would like to save also the documents.

I also tried integrations to synchronize back and forth, but unfortunately I can only upload documents to Zoho. 

Also Zoho Docs cannot be integrated with Zoho Connect in order to synchronize files to the desktop. 

Have I overlooked something or is there any other possibility to export all the documents?
