Cannot Export or E-mail Zoho Doc

I have had this 2 times now, first with zoho presentation and now with zoho docs. I cannot export, download, or even email a document to me. I have "checked out" the files, I have "checked in" the files and tried again. When I try to email, it simply says, "Problem in sending email. Please try again later." I have downloaded another 3 docs made at the same time and had no problems in both cases except for the one file. When I click download it says, "Download is in progress, please wait." then the window goes away and normally I get the download prompt. But here nothing shows up. Thanks for any help you can recommend.

Sorry if this is in the wrong area, but really need some help with this.
