Cannot sync Zoho Analytics database

When I'm trying to create a sync with a Zoho Analytics Database, the "Database name" dropdown list is empty.

I have checked into the account details, and the ZSC key is set to "oauth". I supposed this value isn't right, but I cannot find any ZSC in Zoho Analytics.

I then tried to add a new Analytics Account into the MarketingHub Sync services, but the page is blank after clicking "Continue" on the acceptation popup and no account is added.

Also I don't understand why the sync service is "Powered by Zoho Campaign". What's the relation between the sync services, and how Zoho Campaign is related to the sync between Analytics and MarketingHub?
