Can't add another account to OneAuth

Can't add another account to OneAuth

Hi,
I'm trying to add another Zoho account to my OneAuth app, but I can't see the settings button in the app's GUI. The app GUI seemed to be chopped. See attached screenshot. I'm using Android 8.0.0, 5.5 inch screen, 1440*720 resolution.
