Can't configure existing Zoho One WorkDrive with Marketing Plus

When using Brand Studio within Marketing Plus, users are asked to set up WorkDrive. Since we have an existing Zoho One subscription (comes with WorkDrive), we wanted to use that for storing brand assets in Marketing Plus. The documentation explains that Zoho One subscribers can integrate Marketing Plus.

However, the Admin panel doesn't allow us to add our Marketing Plus subscription into Zoho One. It's simply not shown as an available app:

In Marketing Automation, if we choose to create a new WorkDrive, there's nothing happening. No error codes, nothing! (different browsers and PCs tested)

So basically Zoho left us with no options but cancel our subscription and find a service provider that actually works!
