Can't create segments/lists based on Account field values in MA 2.0

Hello,

I recently discovered that for some reason you can't create a segment/list that shows all contacts, based on certain criteria from the Account module.

For example:

In CRM there is a multi-select field in the Account module to manage subjects of interest per record.

This data is being synched to Marketing Automation. Here you can see the data within the Account properties:

So the information is present in Marketing Automation. When creating a Segment or List, you can select this field from the Account module sync as a criteria. However, when doing this there are no contact visible. Even though the contact matches all criteria.

Note: This works in Zoho Campaigns but not in Marketing Automation? I tested this.

So basically the problem is that it seems pointless to sync Account (or Deal) data if you can not use it to create segmentations or lists. This makes Marketing Automation 2.0 not suited for sending e-mails based on data from the Account module in CRM. Which is something a lot of organisations expect...

Is there someone who has the same experience or found a solution somehow?
