I am using Zoho Workdrive and trying to share a document so that it is editable by anyone with the link. I am trying to convince people to shift from Google to Zoho, but they don't have accounts yet. When I try to change the share settings for the file in Workdrive or writer, the visibility option is grayed out - I can make it publicly viewable, but not editable by anyone.

The forums suggest there is a way to do this, but the instructions I've followed haven't worked. Is this feature no longer available? Or do I need a paid account or something (seems weird, since this would be a good way to convince people to transition over to Zoho)?
