cant use desktop signature on my mobile

cant use desktop signature on my mobile

Hi all

When I use my phone i cant use any image inserted within the signature

We created a signature with the logo on the desktop version and it works and shows up when emailing from a desktop but when trying to select it on phone, it appears blank!

Help!  ...going mental..
