Change Status of Approved Purchase Order to Issued after via Work flow

Change Status of Approved Purchase Order to Issued after via Work flow

I have created to issue or send approved purchase order via a workflow, work flow is working fine but now i need to update the status of Purchase Order from approved to Issued once this work flow is initiated. Please let me know how can i do this using webhook.
