Hello,

The lay-out of my area changed. We blocked the menu on the right so our users could not filter anymore on their tickets. We changed the CSS now, but would be nice to be informed upfront about these kind of changes. 

Besides this, where can I change the names of the items on this list? Because it's not translated now.
