Changing default when Custom Sharing Per Record the Emails from IMAP

Hello!

When Custom Sharing Per Record the Emails from IMAP, on the Email channel configuration, is it possible dor the default to be "sharing" and then "uncheck" when is something sensitive?

Currently, is the other way around: I need to check every time I want to share something with the rest of the team.

In addittion, I would like that all my team (subordinates) can see each others emails. But I cant understand if this can be done with the Data sharing settings and rules.

Anyone has experience on this matter?
