Channel URL is not supporting attachment through chat

Hello,

We are using your chat feature to provide support to our customers.We are opening the chat channel url in a webview in our android application which is built using Appcelerator Titanium.However the 'Attachment' option is not working in the webview. But it works for any mobile and web browsers if i directly open the channel url.

Is it a known issue for webview? Any suggestions to fix this?
