Chat Transcript email subject html characters

Chat Transcript email subject html characters

Is there a way to fix the chat transcript subject that gets emailed .  Right now when I get the chat transcript the subject looks like this :
Chat : I'm missing the SCA profile.

it translates the i'm to    I'
