Chatbot from Sales IQ causes trouble with website

Hello Community, 

Does anyone know what this error message is and how I can fix it? (Please see screenshot) Since we installed the Chatbot from SalesIQ, the website became very slow, and we had a very high bounce rate. Since we have temporarily disabled the Chatbot, the loading times are much faster again.
