Chatbot stops working after attempted Agent Forwarding is ignored or denied
I'm building a Codeless Zobot. I've added an Agent Forwarding card. I would like to give the site visitor the option of sending a message if the chat request from the Agent Forwarding card is either ignored or denied while the operator is available. There is only one department and one operator since my company is a one-person business (me), and the visitor is not given the option of choosing.
If I deny or ignore the request a message pops up from the "Operator busy" or "Operator busy response" fields in the Brand/Flow Controls settings, rather than the message in the next block connected to the Agent Forwarding card's outputs. Its seems the flow in the bot builder completely stops at that point, even though I have a block set up on the outputs of the Agent Forwarding card. Once the message pops up in the bot, it no longer responds to any more typed messages, does not show any buttons, and does not show the next card on the Agent Forwarding outputs.
