Chrome Browser Extension Flakey

It seems like there was recently an update to the Chrome browser extension for Vault in the last week or so.

Now, the extension seems to either deactivate or need an update once or twice a day.

It also seems to be exhibiting a behavior that was a problem several months (or maybe even a year) ago, where the Vault icon shows up in many fields other than password fields, often interfering with normal navigation.

Whatever has been rolled out recently is certainly buggy.
