Cleaning up reports in folders. Receiving an error message when trying to move reports between folders

Leadership doesn't want to delete older and duplicated reports. I've created an archive folder and will hide. However, I am receiving an error message while trying to move reports between folders. I was able to move many, however now I receive this error message each time.

Steps:

Click on the radio button next to reports to move.

Click move to folder.

Choose folder.

Action results in error message.
