Collaborators who has "edit" access wasn't able to edit the file

Collaborators who has "edit" access wasn't able to edit the file

All of my collaborators in a specific file have "Edit" access, but they cant seem to gain access on the file, they are under "read only". I tried removing and adding them again but still no success. Anyone who'll give answer will be appreciated. thanks!
