First of all, I read this article as you see above but i couldn't find any solution.

Hello, I tested this feature to have as a new lead in Zoho CRM via Zobot but it didn't succeed. the bot asks for a phone number and after that and it says your number reached to our team. but i can't see this info anywhere. how can I integrate this info and conversation directly as the lead in Zoho crm? thank you.
