Commission calculator All reps/managers and regional managers are all basically reps they just get paid different amounts on each tier How the commission works is for example if I pay a regional manager £50 per deal and does 10 deals .He gets £500 and If he has 2 managers that he pays £40 per deal and they each do 10 deals each the regional manager makes £100 off each manager and each manager makes £400 each for the deals .If the manager has 5 reps that he pays £30 per deals and they all do 10 deals each The manager makes £100 off each reps deals and the regional manager makes £100 off each reps deals. If a region manager has 5 of his own reps (not through a manager) and pays then £30 per deal and they all do 10 deals each. He makes £200 off each rep A regional manager may pay managers and his own reps a different amount and managers may pay his reps different amounts
