Comparing prices

My company needs solution for comparing existing database of products which prices change weekly in form of about 10 excel files(10 suppliers). So right now we have excel sheet with products and prices about 6000 products, and when suppliers sends us new price list i need to process it quickly to change prices on our web site. also it need to return which product are not longer available, and display new products.
