Composite Items Inventory Tracking on Individual Items

Hi there

I have a composite item made up of 3-4 items, listed in my inventory.

I want to be able to track inventory of the items that make up the composite item.

In particular, I want to be able to run a report in inventory detail and be able to see when I have a deficit of the items that make up the composite items.

eg:

I receive an order for 500 units of Composite Item A - these are item 1, item 2 and item 3

When I run my report I see that I only have 10 units of Composite A on hand, but further down, I should see that I have negative amounts of the Items 1, item 2 and item 3 because I have no more stock of those to make up composite item A.

Why are there no stock movements at all for the items that make up the composite item's for my inventory
