Confirming a pending Sales Order through Flow doesn't appear to work

Confirming a pending Sales Order through Flow doesn't appear to work

It appears that for the last month or so, Sales Orders are not converting to Invoices or being marked as confirmed when automated through Flow, despite the log confirming the action took pl;ace:



This used to work just fine, and nothing has been changed at my end.
