Contacts not syncing properly from CRM to DESK
Hi Guys!
I'm currently experiencing an issue with our Syncing between Zoho CRM and Desk, specifically regarding the Contacts from CRM into Desk following up I'll try to explain the issue as clear as possible in order to reflect my real issue.
1.- We have some contacts in our CRM side (eg: fertec) which have more than 2 contacts but in Desk we only visualize 2 of them (See attached pictures 1.1-Client in CRM and 1.2-Client in Desk)
2.- We checked the integration itself and it's running properly as the picture attached shows (2.1-Integration Check)
3.- Yet on the Contact selection box we only see those 2 contacts previously indicated (See attached picture 3.1-Contact Selection on Ticket Submit)
Please your help in order to know what are we missing in order to see them update properly as we need to change the active contacts for Support (ticket handling) on the client side.
