Convert a file to PDF once uploaded to the WIKI.

Convert a file to PDF once uploaded to the WIKI.

I have uploaded many files to the WIKI but when i come to convert them to PDF the format changes. So they dont look how i wanted them to look....Can anyone help me with this? Thanks
