Cookies that record whether you've been shown a pop-up form
Just an FYI...
Further to my message about "How do you stop ZMH recognising you during testing?"...
If you delete the cookies that contain "maill" (that's mail with an extra l) ZMH forgets that you've looked at the pages that prompt a pop-up to appear. You can start again. This is useful if you're testing an engagement pop-up form.
My use case:
- I have a form that pops up when a Goal has been met. That goal is that 5 pages are visited that have "mademo" in their URLs.
- If I don't delete the "maill" cookies, the pop-up appears as soon as I view one page with "mademo" in the URL. It remembers what I did yesterday.
- When I do delete the "maill" cookies, the pop-up appears when I visit 5 pages with "mademo" in the URLs.
